After adding a new allocation type, the timeline is empty by default
Mouse tracking on the timeline bar, time increments as 30 mins (based on user research)
Dropdown selector changed to single select. “All providers” and “Provider A” have became inactive since it’s already been chosen
Default 30mins for new time slot, adding new time slot by click
